Half Day Barre, Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation & Mindfuless Retreat

A revitalising, mindful and energising half day retreat spent surrounded by nature.

We will start with a Barre class, this will involve low impact exercises working the full body.  We will take a lovely walk in nature which will involve a guided mindfulness practice.  There will be a short break where tea, herbal teas, coffee and a delicious treat will be provided.  This will then lead us into a gentle Yoga practice where we will explore movement with the body, breathing techniques and conclude with a guided meditation. 

Leaving you feeling at peace, relaxed and happy.

No flexibility or prior Yoga or Barre experience is required whatsoever. All you will need is yourself, a yoga mat and some water.

The Power of Breathwork, Ice Bath
& Connections

An afternoon spent focusing on the power of your own breath through an energising, yet down regulating breathwork session, exploring the ice bath and human connections.

This will involve a practice of self-awareness and self-expression learning to relate with yourself and others from a deeper more authentic expression of your truth.  This practice will allow you to be more human with one another, in ways that often fall by the wayside in today's social norms.  This can result in a life full of fulfilling and meaningful relationships.

We don’t often realise how breathing can change with our emotions.


Breathwork can help to:


  • ​Increase self-awareness

  • Improve focus and energy

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Release built up tension from your body

  • To help heal emotional pain and trauma 

  • Improve general life skills 

  • Increase positive feelings and emotions 

  • Improve creativity 

  • Help with overcoming addictions 

  • Increase self-esteem and confidence

Ice Baths support your health in several ways, below are a few reasons why you should incorporate them into your daily activities:

  • Boosts/enhances mood - gives a natural high

  • Improves energy level

  • Boosts the immune system

  • Increases metabolism

  • Reduces inflammation and pain

  • Enhances the appearance of the skin

  • Regulates hormones

  • Improves sleep

  • Improve mindset

No prior experience is required whatsoever. All you will need is yourself, a yoga mat, comfortable warm clothing, a towel, swimsuit, a throw/blank/something warm for afterwards and some water.

Please do not take part in this session without permission from a medical professional if you have any of the following contraindications*:

  • Pregnancy

  • Epilepsy

  • Breathing issues such as asthma, bronchitis, lung cancer, COPD

  • Heart conditions - Recent heart attack, slow or irregular heart rate, high blood pressure, angina, chest pain, heart disease, pacemaker

  • Medication - Check with your doctor if your medications will interfere with your ability to practice breathwork safely

  • Critical disease/infection/illness

  • Recent surgery

* You can still take part in the breathwork, eliminating any breath holds if you do have any of the above, with the correct supervision and guidance.


* If you have never attended a class/retreat with me before, please may I ask you to complete a waiver form ahead of the event.  You can find this at the bottom of this page, you're welcome to send it to me on email or bring along with you on the day, thank you.

* Retreats/workshops are non-refundable.  As I'm sure you can understand, I plan for a certain number of attendees in order for the day to go ahead, unfortunately I am unable to refund cancellations.  You are welcome to arrange for another person to take your space and resell at face value or less.
