6 Week Beginners Yoga Course
This 6 Week Yoga Course is perfect for anyone new or relatively new to Yoga. If you would like to learn and explore the world of Yoga through movement, meditation and breathing techniques then this is perfect for you! If you feel apprehensive or think you're not flexible enough to do Yoga, starting with the basics and breaking down all the poses step-by-step will ensure you are set up correctly meaning for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. No flexibility or prior Yoga experience is required whatsoever. All you will need is yourself and a yoga mat.

6 Week Barre Course - Mixed Ability
Barre is a fun high energy workout inspired by elements of ballet, Yoga, Pilates and strength training. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout develops agility and flexibility. It will help to lengthen, strengthen and tone the muscles without adding the bulk. High reps using little to no weight will burnout, sculpt and fatigue the muscled.

Outdoor Fitness Class / Bootcamp
The Indoor Fitness are 45 minutes of fun, fast paced activity. The classes will take place for 4 weeks indoors until the weather warms up a little! These classes involve a warm up of stretching and mobility work, the main session will involve cardio and body weight strength exercises and we will always end with a cool down. The classes are suitable for all levels including beginners, I offer variations for high and low intensity exercises, it is up to you how hard you push yourself.
