Pre-natal Yoga is a form of gentle exercise and meditation where breath and specific body positions are used to help connect the mind and body, preparing you for the physical and mental aspects of childbirth and beyond. Post-natal Yoga heals the body from the inside out, restores the body towards full core strength and eases pressure on the nervous system. You will tone the deep abdominal muscles to ‘close the body’ after birth and help knit back together separated abdominal muscles. Baby Yoga and Massage promotes positive touch and communication between you and your baby and better sleeping patterns. It offers resources to keep babies content between feeds and help alleviate wind, constipation, cramps and colic symptoms. The sessions help support and enhance body and sensory awareness and stimulate the senses that enhance brain development. No flexibility or Yoga experience is required.
