6 Weeks of Barre - Mixed Ability
Barre is a fun high energy workout inspired by elements of ballet, Yoga, Pilates and strength training. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout develops agility and flexibility. It will help to lengthen, strengthen and tone the muscles without adding the bulk. High reps using little to no weight will burnout, sculpt and fatigue the muscles.
Tuesdays 18:30 - 19:30, Chobham
