Classes Available
Yoga
My love of yoga means I carefully plan each session, selecting various yoga poses within each practice and ensuring the class flows between movements. Alongside moving in and out of asanas, I also concentrate on breathing techniques (Pranayama) and meditation during each session. I offer a variety of different Yoga classes such as Beginners, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow & Yin. I offer variations at all classes and they are therefore open to all abilities. Class duration can vary from 30 to 60 minutes.
Barre
My Barre classes involve a full body workout with a fusion of ballet inspired movements with elements of Yoga, Pilates and strength training. Each class will focus on lengthening, strengthening and toning the full body. Barre classes are suitable for all abilities including beginners as I offer various variations throughout. Barre classes within the schedule can vary from Barre, Barre Burn and HIIT the Barre, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes in duration.
Breathwork
I have recently completed a training course where I am now a certified Breathwork Facilitator. I already taught breathing techniques within my Yoga classes however I wanted to broaden my knowledge to be able to offer this self-healing modality to my clients. Breathwork helps brings awareness back into your body so that you can align with your intuition. There are a huge amount of benefits, some of these being that breathwork can help to increase self-awareness, improve focus and energy, reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep.
Outdoor Fitness / Bootcamp
The Bootcamp classes are 45 minutes of fun, fast paced activity. The classes may take place both outdoors and indoors dependent on the time of year, with weather and daylight hours. These classes involve a warm up of stretching and mobility work, the main session will involve cardio and body weight strength exercises and we will always end with a cool down. The classes are suitable for all levels including beginners, I offer variations for high and low intensity exercises, it is up to you how hard you push yourself.
Private & Corporate Classes

HIIT Yoga
As much as I love teaching Yoga, I really wanted to add some movements to further increase the heart rate and continue building strength. I then decided high intensity interval training (HIIT) combined with Yoga would be the perfect solution. The HIIT Yoga class is suitable for all abilities, where we will move in and out of various yoga poses whilst focusing on increasing heart rate and building strength within our bodies. Variations are provided throughout for you to choose if you would like to push yourself even harder or ease back a little bit. HIIT Yoga classes can vary from 30, 45 or 60 minutes in duration.

Bookings & Cancellations:
​
When a class is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this slot by offering it to somebody else. Because of this the full session fee will be charged when you miss or cancel a class without giving at least 12 hours advance notice. For cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the class, the credit paid can be used for a future class. If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel the space you booked, thank you.
