The schedule released is shown however I am very flexible and welcome all Members' feedback and thoughts to make this as enjoyable as possible and to fit around your lifestyle.  If you would prefer weekday lunch time, late mornings or weekend workouts or, for example, more Barre classes than Yoga, please just let me know, I am open to all ideas and feedback.

Am I tied in?

No commitment, no contract.  This is a rolling month by month membership, with the option to leave at any time.  The date you sign up will be the date it renews automatically each month.  To leave, you simply need to cancel no later than 3 working days before the next payment is due.

How do I sign up?

Simply subscribe to the Unlimited Online Membership and enter payment details.  Once you are a member, you will need to visit the "Book Online" page of my website and book onto the specific classes you would like to join, you will then receive the Zoom link via email automatically for those classes.

All live workouts will be delivered on Zoom.  You are welcome to keep your video off however if you feel comfortable I would love to see you workout with me!  Your microphone will be automatically muted on joining.

What if I miss a live class?

We all know how busy we can be and how life sometimes just takes over!  If you miss a live class, you will not miss out.  All live classes will be recorded and uploaded to the On Demand area of my website to catch up at any time that suits your lifestyle - please allow 24 hours for videos to be uploaded to this area.
