Firstly I'd like to thank you for taking the time to visit my website. My aim of Lucie Bee Fitness is to provide a varied schedule of classes to benefit you by keeping you fit and healthy, both physically and mentally. My main focus is to help build your strength, improve fitness and increase flexibility whilst also concentrating on a positive mindset. A positive mindset can give you more confidence, improve your mood, and even reduce the likelihood of developing certain conditions and stress-related disorders. By training with you, I would like to help you understand your body and mind, encourage you to progress over time and achieve your goals.
I studied my Yoga qualification in Rishikesh, India and bring a wealth of knowledge to you within my classes. My classes are Online, available On Demand through my website and also In Person within Berkshire and Surrey. I'd love to see you join and become part of the growing online community!
