Half Day Barre, Yoga, Meditation & Mindfuless Retreat
A revitalising, mindful and energising half day retreat spent surrounded by nature.
We will start with a Barre class, this will involve low impact exercises working the full body. We will take a lovely walk in nature which will involve a guided mindfulness practice. There will be a short break where tea, herbal teas, coffee and a delicious treat will be provided. This will then lead us into a gentle Yoga practice where we will explore movement with the body, breathing techniques and conclude with a guided meditation.
Leaving you feeling at peace, relaxed and happy.
No flexibility or prior Yoga or Barre experience is required whatsoever. All you will need is yourself, a yoga mat and some water.

* Retreats are non-refundable. As I'm sure you can understand, I plan for a certain number of attendees in order for the day to go ahead, unfortunately I am unable to refund cancellations. Please feel free to drop me a message to discuss your individual circumstances if necessary.
